Well said. Jim Rogers in 2007 sold his New York City Mansion for US$16 Millions and moved to Singapore. Lehman Brothers Collapsed in 2008 and since then the Economy of USA is on Critical Life Support System by Money Printing.

In December 2007 Jim Roger sold his New York Mansion for US$16 millions & moved to Singapore. 9 months later On September 2008 Lehman Brothers Collapsed in the Worst Crisis in World Financial History with total outstanding liabilities of US$600 Billions (Or over Rm2.3 Trillions by A Single Entity.)

1) Calvin called for a buy on Maybulk at 53 cents on March 17th 2016. That was chun chun. Now Maybulk already up 90%. Calvin issue warning not to chase it!

2) PLENITUDE & DAIMAN

Good News As IKEA Finally Arrives in Johor!

The Number One Beneficiary of IKEA is Plenitude. Plenitude sold a plot of land to Ikano many years ago in Tebrau area. At long last IKANO IS BULIDING IKEA.

At the moment Plenitude is selling 2 storey Semi Detached Houses at Rm1.4 million each. According to Sales Spokesmen for Plenitude they plan to launch 22×80 2 Storey Houses at Rm790,000 each soon. Expect Sales to be brisk. Bandar Utama befenited by One Utama & IKEA In KL. So expect Plenitude to do very well.

Another beneficiary is DAIMAN as Tmn Johor Jaya & Taman Gaya are within minutes away.

2) INSAS

With the returning of Foreign Funds into Bursa gradually expect trading to pick up. And in NST Headline news today “BURSA MALAYSIA SET FOR MORE EXCITEMENT”

So prepare early & buy some Insas shares while it’s still cheap!

Note: I already bought a little Insas at 72 cents. I also bought a little Insas warrant at 20 cents lately. My remisier sms me and said I bought some “Insane warrants” She spelt “Insane” for Insas and I got a really good laugh.

3) YTL POWER

As Foreign Funds are Chasing Up Tenaga shares higher & higher to the neglect of YTL Power it presents us a wonderful opportunity to buy low. El Nino hot weather will cause airconds to hum day and night. Good for TNB and also good for YTL Power. Moreover, YTL Power is giving a nice 6.8% dividend.

4) EL NINO POWERING UP ALL PALM OIL COUNTERS

Now in full operation. El Nino will cause all Oil Seeds to Rise in Prices Through 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Just buy a diversified basket of Oil Palm Related Stocks & Sit Tight.

In the Bull Run of CPO you will make more money by just sitting tight.

5) CBIP

As El Nino dries up FFB every drop of Palm OIl is as precious as liquid gold. So expect CBIP Modiplam to sell like hot cakes! CBIP will therefore, be the Top beneficiary of El Nino.

6) BUYING CPO FUTURE?

Please be careful. CPO futures can fluctuate widely from day to day. Unless you have deep pockets to buy and hold tight please don’t speculate from day to day.

However, Calvin expects over the next 3 years CPO prices are on an uptrend.

So please do your own diligence.

7) ANY MORE? Oil & Gas Stocks. Greater KL Mrt Stocks? HSR & Spore JB MRT Stocks? 2018 Malaysian General Election Stocks?

Hmmm? Too far away to have clarity as of now. Will post later when the right time arrives.
